Product Description

1. Rack: The main wall panel adopts a cast iron box structure, and the whole machine is installed on the overall base.

2. Main drive: adopts single-sided reluctance motor drive.

3. Opening mechanism: One side is equipped with a compound action high-speed multi arm structure and a 10 page integrated frame.

4. Insertion mechanism: Adopting servo motor rapier insertion method.

5. Weaving mechanism: using short hand holding and four-bar crankshaft weaving mechanism.  

6. Windup mechanism: Servo motor drives three rollers to actively roll up.

7. Delivery mechanism: servo drive, single axis delivery.

8. Mesh winding mechanism: an independent central mesh winding mechanism driven by a cylinder.

9. Lubrication system: The entire machine adopts grease lubrication and oil lubrication manual pumps for centralized oil supply.

10. Control system: The whole machine adopts a PLC programmable automatic control system, which can freely set various parameters of the weaving machine, automatically stop and display faults.

This machine is mainly suitable for weaving papermaking blanket bottom mesh, mining filter cloth, wide geotextile, wide fiberglass cloth, wide canvas and other fabrics.
