Product Description

1. Rack: Composed of multiple sets of steel wall panels, installed on a solid base.

2. Main transmission: driven by double-sided servo motors.

3. Opening form: Equipped with double action heavy-duty side pull multi arms on both sides, equipped with 16 integrated frames.

4. Insertion mechanism: Adopting water-cooled servo motor for double-sided rapier insertion. Middle transition weft insertion, 4 color weft selection.

5. Weaving mechanism: adopts a cam beating mechanism.

6. Coiling mechanism: Adopting a specially customized high torque double-sided worm gear reducer, synchronously controlling the three rollers to actively curl.

7. Delivery mechanism: high-precision reducer controlled by electronic active control is used for delivery, with dual warp shafts.

8. Web winding mechanism: The outer center of the machine is wound using a variable frequency motor driven by a reducer.

9. Lubrication system: adopts a combination of grease lubrication automatic oil supply and manual oil supply.

10. Control system: The whole machine is controlled by imported Omron PLC computer, which can freely set various parameters of the weaving machine. The electronic control automatically stops and displays faults.   

This machine is suitable for manufacturing high-strength, high-density dry nets, double warp flat wire dry nets, multi-layer forming nets, and other industrial nets.
